Jet Aviation refines staffing portal with user-focused upgrades
Recent enhancements to Jet Aviation’s digital Staffing Marketplace have strengthened usability for candidates and operators.
The portal connects operators with candidates for full-time, part-time and temporary positions.

Jet Aviation has introduced 45 enhancements to its career platform, Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace, since launching it in 2023. The company has continued to expand capabilities to streamline the experience for candidates and operators.

Among the updates are face and touch ID for iOS mobile users and improvements to registration, job process flow, document handling and notifications. Employers now benefit from advanced tools including timesheet tracking for hourly staff, job and candidate filters for improved reporting, and upgraded resource areas for sharing information with crew.

Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace is a valuable tool for connecting operators and aviation professionals,” says Elaine Lapotosky, vice president staffing at Jet Aviation. “We are committed to advancing our comprehensive staffing portal to further empower business aviation professionals and operators alike. Our enhancements allow for more efficient usage, further refining the user experience. The continued growth of Staffing Marketplace reflects our focus on providing an effortless experience to simplify the candidate search and hiring process.”

The platform centralises the recruitment process, incorporating application review, tracking, contract management and payroll. Introduced in early 2023, it links operators with candidates seeking full-time, part-time and temporary positions. In March 2025, Jet Aviation integrated the system with Avianis, offering direct access through the same interface to streamline crew assignment, management and administrative workflows.

Jet Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics with over 4,500 employees across 50 global sites. Its services include aircraft management, sales, charter, completions, government programmes, FBO, maintenance and staffing.
