As part of this growth phase, Pinnacle Aviation continues to invest in its workforce, with plans to hire several FAA-certified A&P technicians and avionics professionals to support its expanded operations.

Pinnacle Aviation has hired Shellie Lewis as director of technical sales and support. Lewis brings more than 35 years of aviation industry expertise, including leadership roles at Gulfstream Aerospace, Leucadia Aviation and Leviate Air Group, further elevating Pinnacle Aviation’s growing maintenance and technical services capabilities.

In his new role, Lewis will spearhead the strategic alignment of Pinnacle Aviation’s newly acquired Part 145 repair station offerings at Falcon Field in Mesa, Arizona and its service capabilities, including mobile AOG support, avionics, inspections and structural maintenance, with client needs across the region. His deep technical experience and proven sales leadership will be instrumental in unlocking the full potential of Pinnacle Aviation’s extended facility footprint and talent expansion plans.

“I am excited to join Pinnacle Aviation at such a pivotal moment,” Lewis says. “The acquisition of the Part 145 certificate and facility not only elevates our total service platform, it creates a real opportunity to deliver unmatched aviation solutions across the private aviation market. I look forward to leveraging my experience to build lasting relationships and ensure our clients receive service that’s both trusted and tailored.”

Pinnacle Aviation’s director of maintenance, Paul Perakes, welcomes the announcement: “Shellie’s addition solidifies our team as we integrate the expanded Part 145 capabilities. His deep experience and client-focused approach perfectly complement our commitment to quality, safety and responsiveness.”
