Million Air St. George opens Jet-A-Way Café by Chef Jeremy
The restaurant offered guests food and entertainment during its opening ceremony, as the FBO expands its services for travellers and locals.
Guests at the launch event sampled a number of Chef Jeremy’s dishes, ranging from breakfast classics to dinner favourites.

Million Air has opened Jet-A-Way Café by Chef Jeremy at St. George Regional Airport (KSGU) in Utah. The restaurant was formally introduced on September 18 with a ribbon cutting ceremony where visitors enjoyed refreshments, entertainment and a tasting of Chef Jeremy’s culinary specialities.

Chef Jeremy, whose 27-year career includes awards for innovation and quality, has developed a menu ranging from breakfast items like biscuits and gravy to lunch and dinner options including burgers, seared salmon and fresh salads.

The dining room features modern décor and mountain views, with both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the runway and ramp.

“We’re thrilled to introduce this new amenity for both travellers and the local community, further enhancing the Million Air St. George experience,” says Amanda Zundel, general manager for Million Air St. George. “Our new restaurant offers a welcoming space to enjoy delicious food, warm hospitality and stunning views. It’s a natural complement to our full suite of services, ensuring every guest enjoys the highest level of care with every visit.”

The café complements the FBO’s services, which include hangar space, overnight parking, Hertz rentals, premium fuelling, line support, concierge assistance and Wi-Fi.
