Textron offers Starlink upgrade for Latitude
AeroMech’s supplemental type certificate enables Starlink connectivity on the midsize business jet, providing reliable high-speed internet across land, water and remote areas.
Starlink brings high-speed internet to the Cessna Citation Latitude.

The Cessna Citation Latitude can now be equipped with Starlink high-speed internet connectivity, following FAA approval of AeroMech’s STC. The system uses Starlink’s constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites to provide more reliable coverage over land, water and remote areas, where traditional inflight wi-fi may not reach.

“With Starlink connectivity now available as an upgrade, Citation Latitude customers can enjoy a seamless, high-speed inflight experience that keeps them connected in more of the places they fly,” says Brian Rohloff, senior vice president, customer support at Textron. “This enhancement reflects our commitment to innovation and elevates the Latitude’s reputation as the world's most-delivered midsize business jet, renowned for its exceptional performance and cabin comfort.”

The upgrade is available for installation at Textron Aviation service centres in North America and internationally. AeroMech’s STC utilises a Starlink aviation kit, which includes an aero terminal (antenna), power supply unit, wireless access points and harnessing, and only requires power input from the aircraft.
