Certification clears Gogo Galileo HDX for Falcon 2000
Dassault and Gogo worked together in Arkansas to complete the certification, which will enable global high-speed satellite connectivity for multiple Falcon 2000 models.
Certification applies to the pictured Falcon 2000EX, as well as EASy, DX, LX, LXS and S aircraft.

Gogo has received Federal Aviation Administration supplemental type certification for its Gogo Galileo HDX terminal on the Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft family. Dassault Falcon Jet’s MRO facility in Little Rock, Arkansas collaborated with Gogo to secure the modification, which is available through Dassault Falcon Jet and its authorised service centre network.

This is the first HDX certification for a Dassault Falcon business jet and allows Falcon 2000 owners and operators to access high-speed satellite internet during all phases of flight. The system, powered by Eutelsat OneWeb’s low-earth orbit satellite constellation, provides consistent connectivity for email, video calls and internet browsing across multiple devices simultaneously.

The approval covers Falcon 2000EX, EX, EASy, DX, LX, LXS and S models.

“A popular choice in the super mid-size market, the Falcon 2000 is exactly the type of aircraft we developed Gogo Galileo HDX to serve. We are proud to have worked alongside Dassault Falcon on the STC and excited to see Gogo Galileo support owners and operators in this segment,” says Chris Moore, CEO of Gogo.

The retrofit requires only two line replaceable units, the HDX antenna and the Avance platform, creating simple pathways for future upgrades. Gogo and Dassault expect approval of an HDX STC for the Falcon 7X later this year.
