Concorde Battery has appointed Melinda “Mel” Balazova as European technical sales manager. Based in Germany, she will be responsible for supporting Concorde’s authorised aircraft battery distributors, airframe manufacturers and operators across Europe, the UK, the Mediterranean and nearby markets with technical information, support and product knowledge.

Balazova brings experience in operations and parts sales and has an in-depth understanding of the UK and European aviation industry. She is multilingual, fluent in Hungarian, English, Czech, Slovak and German. Drawing on her communications skills and aviation background, she will support Concorde Battery’s customer base and work to expand sales across the region.

She will also attend industry events, including the 2025 European Rotors VTOL Show and Safety Conference in Köln, Germany, where Concorde will exhibit at stand 744, along with other gatherings throughout the year.
