Three more companies join IADA verified membership
The association has strengthened its products and services group, welcoming JetRep, High Flying Hangars and First American Equipment Finance.

Three aviation companies have joined the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) as Verified Products & Services members.

“We are thrilled to welcome JetRep, High Flying Hangars and First American Equipment Finance into the IADA organisation. Each brings distinct expertise that enriches our community,” says IADA chair Phil Winters, vice president of aircraft sales and charter management for Greenwich AeroGroup and Western Aircraft Inc. “Their alignment with IADA's values of integrity, professionalism and transaction excellence reinforces the collective value of our organisation.”

JetRep PLLC is a Redmond, Washington-based boutique aviation law firm specialising in acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, tax structuring and regulatory advice for complex transactions.

High Flying Hangars LLC, headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a national developer of hangars ranging from 35 to 170 units. Its current projects span Maryland, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, Nebraska and Oklahoma.

First American Equipment Finance, an RBC/City National Bank Company based in Victor, New York, offers competitive solutions for aircraft financing from whole ownership to fractional structures.

IADA says the additions broaden its network of members supporting aircraft transactions across the globe.
