FlyOnE secures eight-figure investment offer to support IPO
Working towards an ASX listing, FlyOnE is preparing to expand aircraft production, scale its pilot training business and deploy charging technology across multiple markets.
The company plans scalable production of up to 200 six-seat hybrid-electric air taxis per year.

FlyOnE Pty Ltd, Australia’s electric and low-emissions aviation company, has received an eight-figure post-IPO lead investment offer under a binding term sheet. The company is evaluating the offer as part of its IPO readiness work, which includes plans for an ASX listing. If accepted, the investment would fund high-volume aircraft production and expanded operations.

IPO preparations are underway and pre-IPO investment contributors are set to advance FlyOnE’s target of capturing a major share of the forecast $17 billion Australian two to six seat aircraft sales sector and the $68 billion global pilot training market, 30% of which is in the APAC region.

FlyOnE’s integrated model covers aircraft sales, pilot training, air taxi operations, aerial survey, cargo services and charging infrastructure. The company has recorded over 180,000 commercial electric passenger kilometres flown, more than 1,800 passenger movements and over 50 trained or training electric pilots. It holds Part 141, Part 135 and Part 138 approvals and has distribution agreements with global OEMs including Electron, Bye Aerospace, SmartFlyer, Pipistrel, Air EV and XPeng.

FlyOnE's CEO and founder Korum Ellis says: “This investment offer marks a pivotal moment for FlyOnE. We are evaluating it carefully to ensure it aligns with our long-term vision as we prepare for a public listing. Our goal remains clear; to electrify aviation in Australia and beyond, eliminating leaded fuels in aviation and making flying electric aircraft as accessible as booking a rideshare.”
