Three senior hires have strengthened George J. Priester Aviation’s leadership team as the private aviation services group sharpens its focus on maintenance and client operations. Eric Bewersdorf, already with the company since last year, has been serving as vice president of maintenance. Alan Harman has joined as director of maintenance and Alexandra Guras as national director of flight services.
“Eric, Alan and Alex are great examples of how George J. Priester's family-owned legacy and customer-first culture help attract leaders who share that commitment to client service,” says George J. Priester Aviation president and CEO Brent Moldowan. “They're helping implement processes and management that continue to raise our standards even higher.”
Each of the new leaders brings a distinct background. Bewersdorf, based in Michigan, draws on more than 25 years of experience at aircraft manufacturers and with Part 135 fleets. He now oversees the maintenance control department and contributes to technician outreach through the NBAA. Harman, based near company headquarters in Chicago, previously supported a 75-aircraft fleet and blends deep technical knowledge with a strong interest in vintage military aircraft. Guras, operating from Colorado, has led flight support teams and managed air medical bases. She is also the current president and chair of the Colorado Aviation Business Association.
George J. Priester operates through three brands: Priester Aviation, Mayo Aviation and Hill Private Aviation, with nearly 90 managed aircraft.
