Jetcraft works with clients all over the globe.

Aircraft sales, acquisitions and trading specialist Jetcraft is entering into a new partnership with Aero Capital, offering its clients access to Magellan, a software solution that provides clarity on the true cost of aircraft ownership.

This collaboration brings together Jetcraft's global reach and advisory expertise with Aero Capital's advanced data technology, enabling clients to make better-informed, data-led decisions.

Jahid Fazal-Karim, owner and chairman of the board, Jetcraft, says: “With this innovative solution from Aero Capital, we will further enhance the buying and selling experience for our prospects and customers, and deliver greater transparency around the expenses associated with owning a private aircraft.”

Magellan calculates the total cost of ownership across an aircraft's lifecycle, incorporating acquisition, operational and resale factors. The outputs are tailored to each buyer's specific use case, including route patterns, passenger numbers and resale forecasts.

Laurent Buisson, CEO, Aero Capital, states: “We're extremely proud to be sharing our software with Jetcraft's extensive client base. Magellan delivers customised recommendations by evaluating different aircraft types and calculating potential productivity gains. It also identifies the break-even point by benchmarking against current travel spend.

“Partnering with Jetcraft marks an important step, as we bring a more analytical approach to aircraft ownership at scale.”
