Hays takes on Cadorath support role for M250 and RR300
The company has expanded its leadership team by bringing in Jason Hays to support turbine engine customers across the United States.

Cadorath has appointed Jason Hays as sales and technical support manager for its M250 and RR300 engine programmes. He will provide expert guidance to customers across the United States through Cadorath’s facilities in Broussard, Louisiana and Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Hays brings experience in engine shop maintenance, field service and aftermarket solutions. His responsibilities will include supporting operators of Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 turbine engines with tailored technical and customer care.

Cadorath director of business development Danny Miller says: “Jason’s technical expertise and clear understanding of customer needs make him an ideal fit for our team.”

Hays adds: “It’s an exciting time to join Cadorath. The company’s reputation for quality and innovation in the rotorcraft engine market is second to none.”

Cadorath is an Authorised Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Center (AMROC) for both engine types, offering short turnaround times and customer-focused support. The company sees Hays’ appointment as part of its ongoing investment in strengthening its presence in the light turbine engine sector.
