Geneva's ACS office nearly doubles flight numbers
Office investment and team expansion have brought ACS Geneva's best half-year performance since its launch ten years ago.
ACS Switzerland's CEO Arthur Guibert highlighted his team’s role in driving growth.

Air Charter Service’s Geneva office has increased its private jet activity by 78 per cent over the first six months of the year, compared to the same period in 2024.

Group commercial director Justin Lancaster says the Swiss market has been largely flat, so ACS focused on capturing market share. “To do this, we needed to take our service levels to new heights, so we invested in the team and our processes, bringing in experienced personnel, some of whom speak languages that we didn't have before. Our new management team in Geneva has been instrumental in formulating this plan and delivering these results.”

The office team has nearly doubled since early last year and Lancaster says this has delivered the strongest first-half-year return in a decade.

ACS Switzerland CEO Arthur Guibert says the result was a team effort: “I think that the investment in our team and our unique personal service has created the perfect blend, and we're finding that clients really appreciate access to the ACS global network when they are abroad.” He says the office is planning further expansion to continue building on the momentum.
