PAG expands into EMEA region with Turner Aviation deal
The company has extended its global reach by acquiring a Glasgow-based repair station that has served EMEA customers with CAA and EASA approval since 1954.
Glasgow becomes PAG’s first operational site in Europe, the Middle East or Africa.

Atlanta, Georgia's Precision Aviation Group has acquired Turner Aviation to establish its first facility in the EMEA region. Located in Glasgow, Turner is a CAA and EASA Part 145 approved repair station specialising in avionics, components and fuel systems. The acquisition is part of PAG’s wider international growth strategy and aims to bring faster turnaround times and improved local support to the region.

Founded in 1954, Turner serves a wide range of customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Its addition gives PAG expanded service capabilities and geographic reach.

David Mast, Precision Aviation Group's president and CEO, says: “The acquisition of Turner Aviation represents a significant milestone in the continued growth of PAG. Its deep technical expertise, strong customer relationships, long-serving leadership team and strategic location make it an ideal partner for PAG. We are excited to build on Turner’s impressive legacy.”

Douglas Muirhead, managing director at Turner Aviation, adds: “We are thrilled to become part of the growing PAG family. This acquisition will not only provide Turner with enhanced resources and a global network but also allow us to better serve our customers.”
