Schleusner takes charge of Cutter’s Phoenix MRO
Cutter Aviation gave Travis Schleusner responsibility for operations at Sky Harbour as it strengthened oversight of maintenance activities.
Schleusner first trained as an A&P technician in 2002 at Lake Area Technical Institute.

Cutter Aviation has appointed Travis Schleusner as general manager of its MRO facility at Phoenix Sky Harbour International Airport in Arizona.

In this expanded role, he will manage all aspects of maintenance operations, including work order projects and departmental resource allocation. Schleusner’s focus will be on maintaining high service standards and continuing to deliver upgrade solutions for customers.

His interest in aviation began in childhood through stories told by his grandfather, a World War II B-24 pilot with the Jolly Rogers bomber group. He earned his A&P certifications in 2002 from Lake Area Technical Institute and started his career working on turboprops at a commuter airline.

Dave Clifton, vice president of technical and flight support services, says: “We are excited for Travis to take on this new role. He has demonstrated strong leadership and deep understanding of our operations. We look forward to the impact he will make as general manager.”
