Pilot John International has made its mobile service for ground support equipment available across the United States. The mobile units allow customers to receive diagnostics, maintenance, repairs and inspections directly at their hangars or ramps, avoiding the need to send equipment offsite.

Each vehicle is equipped to support both motorised and non-motorised GSE, including tugs, towbars, ground power units, lavatory carts and axle jacks. OEM-trained technicians also provide on-site training and follow strict service protocols to ensure all work complies with industry standards.

Since its initial launch, the service has seen steady growth in demand, especially for high-volume servicing, Kunz equipment repairs and diagnosis of non-functioning units. The wider availability is aimed at reducing downtime, extending asset lifespan and simplifying logistics for FBOs, MROs and flight departments.

“Ensuring our customers have convenient, expert service where they need it most is our top priority,” says John Werner, president of Pilot John International. “With our mobile service now available across the country, FBOs, MROs and corporate flight departments can count on PJI for responsive, high-quality maintenance and repairs that keep their operations moving.”
