O‘Brien to lead business development at Chantilly
Julie O'Brien will spearhead business development efforts with a focus on expanding Chantilly's aircraft management and aircraft charter services, as well as enhancing hangar leasing at the Manassas Jet Center.

Chantilly Air has appointed Julie O'Brien as director of business development. With more than two decades of experience in business aviation, O'Brien brings a strong foundation in client relations, strategic growth and operational excellence.

O'Brien has held leadership roles at Paragon Aviation Group and ProJet Aviation, where she was instrumental in building client partnerships and expanding market presence. Her career reflects a deep commitment to delivering high-quality service and fostering long-term relationships across the aviation industry.

“As Chantilly Air continues to evolve and grow, we are thrilled to welcome Julie to the team,” says Tim Sullivan, chief operating officer of Chantilly Air. “Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our mission to deliver world-class service to our clients.”

In her new role, O'Brien will lead business development efforts with a focus on expanding the company's aircraft management and aircraft charter services, as well as enhancing hangar leasing at the Chantilly Air Jet Center at Manassas Regional airport in Virginia. This includes identifying emerging market demands for private and business travel, forming strategic partnerships with charter operators and creating tailored leasing solutions to optimise the efficiency and appeal of hangar space.
