flyExclusive unveils float plane service from Miami Executive
The launch will extend flyExclusive’s offering to water landings and short island hops using Caravan and amphibious aircraft.
An amphibious Caravan will enter service in mid-July 2025.

flyExclusive has launched a new Caravan and amphibious Caravan service to reach remote destinations across south Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean. Flights operating from Miami Executive Airport started in June 2025, with the amphibious aircraft entering service in mid-July.

Destinations include private beaches, islands and waterfront resorts throughout the region. The amphibious Caravan allows direct access to water-based landing sites without runways. Popular locations will include the Exumas, Harbour Island, Bimini, Key West, Turks & Caicos and others.

The aircraft will carry up to eight passengers. The land-based Caravan will be followed by the amphibious float plane, which offers greater flexibility by flying to specific latitude and longitude points.

flyExclusive founder and CEO Jim Segrave says: “There’s a clear gap in the market and the time is right to introduce a service our customers have been asking for. With the launch of our new amphibious float plane and land-based Caravan we’re expanding our ability to connect travellers to the most sought-after island destinations in the region.”

The new offering builds on flyExclusive’s existing services, which include fractional ownership, jet club membership and private charter.
