Jets MRO, based at Dallas Executive airport in Texas, has appointed Troy Dale Brumley as maintenance manager, bringing over 30 years of distinguished experience in aerospace maintenance operations to the company's leadership team.
Jets MRO has also hired Alexander Talarczyk as vice president of operations. Talarczyk brings more than 22 years of comprehensive aviation experience, including over 12 years in senior leadership roles, positioning Jets MRO for continued expansion and enhanced service delivery.
Brumley's extensive background spans aircraft manufacturing, completions, heavy maintenance and MRO operations across both operator and repair station environments.

Brumley joins Jets MRO with an impressive portfolio of leadership roles, including his current position as regional site manager, overseeing maintenance operations across multiple states for premium aviation operators. His career highlights include serving as director of maintenance (DOM) and accountable manager at Cirrus Aircraft, maintenance manager at StandardAero and senior leadership positions with NetJets, Gulfstream Aerospace and other industry leaders.
Throughout his career, Brumley has demonstrated exceptional ability to manage complex maintenance operations while fostering teamwork among diverse groups.
