Tecnam has appointed St Barth Executive as the first authorised service centre for the P2012 series in the Caribbean. Based in Saint-Barthélemy and operating under the Air Inter Iles brand, the company runs a fleet of P2012s and will now provide factory-approved maintenance, technical support and parts in the region.

The partnership was revealed on the closing day of the 2025 Caribavia conference and reflects Tecnam’s focus on reducing downtime and improving local service availability across the Americas. St Barth Executive’s knowledge of the P2012 STOL variant and its existing facilities in Guadeloupe and Saint-Martin were key factors in the decision.

“The presence of a local MRO is fundamental in our view to overcome all the challenges of the support in the Caribbean region,” says Tecnam P2012 sales and business development manager Francesco Sferra. “Its proven capabilities, professionalism and familiarity with the P2012 platform make it an ideal partner to support our customers in the region.”

St Barth Executive président Vincent Beauvarlet adds: “This recognition reflects the trust Tecnam places in our technical expertise and operational commitment. Our infrastructure is not only unique in the Caribbean, but also fully autonomous and designed for rapid deployment.”

The Tecnam P2012 Traveller has found a growing role among regional, charter and special mission operators due to its reliability and versatility.
