Gulfstream’s G700 has received type certification from Brazil’s Agencia Nacional de Aviacao Civil, enabling deliveries within the country. The certification aligned with the manufacturer’s participation at the Catarina Aviation Show, held 5–7 June at Sao Paulo Catarina International Executive Airport, at which a G600 was on display.
“We've seen strong interest in the G700 in Latin America and we are excited for customers in Brazil to experience the extensive capabilities this aircraft offers,” says Gulfstream president Mark Burns. “More than 50 G700 aircraft have been delivered since it entered service in April 2024 and demand continues to grow around the world as customers experience firsthand how its range, speed and cabin comfort are exceeding expectations.”
The G700 offers the most spacious cabin in its class, with up to five living areas. Features include an ultragalley with over three metres of counter space and a grand suite with shower. The cabin is designed with award-winning seating, 100% fresh air, natural light and a low cabin altitude of 866 metres while cruising at 12,497 metres.
The aircraft has a maximum speed of Mach 0.935 and cruises at Mach 0.90. It holds over 80 city-pair records and can connect Sao Paulo with Seattle at high-speed cruise.
