Haven MRO has acquired an existing maintenance facility at Green Bay’s Austin Straubel International Airport. The move expands the company’s national presence and strengthens its ability to serve customers in the Upper Midwest.

Marc Bennett, chief revenue officer of Haven ASG, says: “This acquisition represents another major step forward in our mission to deliver exceptional aircraft maintenance services across the country. We're equally excited about welcoming new team members from the Green Bay area into the Haven team.”

CEO Travis Lamance adds: “Green Bay is the right next step for our growing network. We're investing in people, infrastructure and capability because that's what it takes to support our customers at the highest level. We are proud to continue building a culture of excellence in every location we serve.”

The site becomes Haven’s third, joining Amarillo, Texas and Buffalo, New York. It provides light and medium jet and turboprop maintenance, and is operating from the Avflight FBO facility. Further infrastructure and service additions are due throughout 2025.
