Go Rentals has brought in Dallas Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd as its latest board member and brand ambassador. The move sees the private aviation-focused car hire provider expand its reach into the professional sports and entertainment world.

Kidd is expected to support Go Rentals in showcasing its service to high-profile travellers across the US. “Go Rentals' dedication to hospitality and nailing the details shows an understanding of what it means to provide a first-class experience” says Kidd. “I'm proud to partner with a company that shares my standards for excellence.”

CEO Kaye Gitibin says the appointment fits the company’s values during a milestone year: “His legacy as one of the greatest point guards in NBA history, combined with his strong leadership and dedication to excellence, makes him a natural fit for our brand.”

The company, which serves private travellers and luxury hospitality partners across the country, marks its 30th anniversary this year.

“Jason Kidd understands elite performance, both in high-stakes moments and in the day-to-day preparation behind the scenes” adds co-founder and president Kavous Gitibin. “That mindset is exactly what we bring to our guests every day.”
