Jones steps into top sales role at Nighthawk Flight Systems
Randy Jones brings decades of aerospace experience to the position, having previously led a manufacturing firm’s sales beyond target expectations.

Nighthawk Flight Systems has appointed Randy Jones as vice president of sales and marketing. Jones brings over 30 years of aerospace and defence industry experience, with a background in sales, marketing and business development.

In his new role, he will focus on expanding relationships with customers, dealers and aircraft OEMs, and on increasing company sales. Most recently, he was a sales executive at a newly certified AS9100 manufacturing company, where his first-year revenue exceeded forecasts by 153%.

“Randy brings extensive market experience across every aviation sector, and an impressive pedigree of building business as both a sales professional and a strategic thinker,” says Nighthawk CEO Paul Martin. “His business development, market expansion and long-cycle sales project management experience will help lead us into a very bright future as we announce and release our new disruptive technologies in the coming weeks.”

Jones adds: “I am very excited about Nighthawk Flight Systems and the new technology we are bringing to market. Nighthawk has the potential to change aviation across all markets, delivering high-end technology that improves safety and makes advanced situation awareness more accessible and affordable. I am looking forward to bringing this product to market and turning Nighthawk into a household name in our industry.”
