Experienced head Lodge named IADA regional director
In his role, Lodge will work closely with IADA's managing director Erika Ingle and executive director Lou Seno to implement the association's strategic objectives in the region. IADA is present in the US, Canada and Europe.

The International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) has appointed Brendan Lodge as regional director, UK/EU and international markets. This announcement coincides with the first day of EBACE 2025 in Geneva.

Lodge becomes the first IADA staff member based in Europe, signalling the association's continued global growth and commitment to providing on-the-ground expertise across key international regions. With this appointment, IADA now has dedicated staff in the US, Canada and Europe, positioning the organisation to better serve its members worldwide and strengthen its global strategy.

Lodge, a respected and well-connected business aviation professional, brings more than 25 years of experience in aircraft sales, acquisitions, financing and valuation appraisal, along with a strong background in structured asset finance and private banking. Known for his high-level customer service, extensive industry knowledge and wide-ranging international network, he is a recognised figure in the US, UK and European business aviation communities.

“The IADA board of directors is thrilled to welcome Brendan to the IADA leadership team,” says IADA chair Phil Winters, who also serves as vice president, aircraft sales and charter management for Greenwich AeroGroup and Western Aircraft. “His deep regional expertise and long-standing industry relationships will help us deliver even greater value to our UK, EU and international members as we expand our footprint abroad.”

In his role, Lodge will work closely with IADA's managing director Erika Ingle and executive director Lou Seno to implement the association's strategic objectives in the region. His key responsibilities include: regional member support, providing direct support to existing IADA members in the UK and EU, and addressing region-specific needs and ensuring consistent communication; market development, identifying growth opportunities in Europe and other international markets and representing IADA at key industry events and cultivating new partnerships; and programme implementation, including supporting delivery of member services internationally and gathering regional feedback to support continuous improvement.

Lodge's appointment is part of IADA's ongoing efforts to support ethical, transparent aircraft transactions on a global scale. As the business aviation industry continues to grow internationally, IADA is strengthening its infrastructure to reflect the needs and nuances of diverse regional markets.

With 17 IADA members exhibiting at EBACE25, the show remains a premier event dedicated exclusively to business aviation in Europe. On Tuesday evening, the first day of the exhibition, IADA will host a special dinner for its attending and exhibiting members, emphasising the significance of business opportunities in the European market. EBACE25 continues to be an essential platform for fostering international aircraft resale success and gaining insights into key trends and challenges in global aviation operations and transactions.
