ACE 2026 - The home of global charter.
The bimonthly news publication for aviation professionals.
Jets.com has launched a new brand identity, website and two-tier jet card programme, reflecting changes since its 2008 debut as a New York charter brokerage. The company now operates globally, with more than 90 staff on three continents, a software platform, pilot-staffed mission control and bases in Boston, Boca Raton, Long Island, London and São Paolo.
A 2021 investment in Part 135 operator Private Jet Center enabled preferred access to a growing managed fleet that has since tripled. Jets.com has also added an air cargo service and will soon introduce BluShare, an aircraft co-ownership programme with PJC.
Co-founder Edgar B. Alacan says: “This rebrand isn't about changing who we are, it's about reflecting who we've become. Our new identity embodies that promise and who we are today, trusted partners and passionate aviation advisors.”
The revised jet card programme offers two options: Access Pass and Access+, both with fixed rates, low peak day restrictions and clear pricing. Access+ offers lower hourly rates and shorter call-out times. Clients can now track by hours or dollars.
COO Dan Satterlund says: “The enhancements weren’t driven by trends, they were shaped by what our clients have been asking for: more simplicity, greater control and fewer restrictions.”
Jets.com currently serves over 1,300 clients, with more than 90% renewing jet cards. To mark the relaunch, new and existing members receive complimentary catering and ground transport (up to $500 per leg) for a limited time.
Satterlund adds: “This next chapter is about limitless horizons, not just in where our clients can go, but in how we serve them.”
