Jet Access has appointed Pete Carroll as its new director of operations. Carroll brings more than ten years of experience leading Part 135 operations, with a focus on operational excellence and safety. His background includes senior roles at Pacific Coast Jet and MidAmerica Jet, including director of operations, director of training and company check airman.
Carroll developed training programmes, improved pilot standardisation and led scalable growth at previous companies. He has also implemented safety management systems and emergency response plans, and achieved audit compliance with IS-BAO, Wyvern and ARGUS. His international qualifications include MLRNS and CPDLC compliance.
“Pete's understanding of both flight operations and operational leadership makes him ideally suited to lead our operations team,” says Jet Access Charter president Desiree Ward. “What truly stood out during our selection process was his dedication to safety and his natural alignment with our core values.”
A qualified pilot with more than 6,700 flight hours, Carroll is type-rated in multiple aircraft including the Citation X and Embraer Praetor.
“Aviation is at its best when operational excellence and a strong safety culture move in lockstep,” says Carroll. “I see an incredible opportunity here to help shape the future of private aviation by building on those principles.”
Jet Access says it is confident Carroll will contribute to expanding its services and maintaining high standards across its private aviation business.
