G700 is a welcome addition to GainJet’s Gulfstream fleet
GainJet already flies the G550 and G650 so it sees the G700 as a logical step up. It is already making noises about going for a G800 when the aircraft is ready for shipping. The G700 manages intercontinental legs easily.

The 100th G700 city-pair speed record connected Savannah, Georgia, with San Jose, California, in four hours and 36 minutes at an average cruise speed of Mach 0.91. The aircraft then flew from San Jose to Teterboro.
