Signature streamlines international arrivals at Teterboro
A new process at the northwest CBP facility offers a faster, smoother experience for private aviation guests and residents arriving from abroad.
Signature's service at the northwest facility will provide a more efficient experience for its international arrival guests and residents at Teterboro.

Signature Aviation has introduced a more streamlined service at the northwest Customs & Border Protection (CBP) general aviation facility at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, aimed at improving the international arrival experience for guests and residents.

The new service model offers start-to-finish assistance on the customs ramp and reduces post-clearance transport time. Upon landing, arriving guests and residents taxi to the northwest customs ramp, where they will be marshalled in by a Signature team member. After CBP clearance, guests receive full-service support including baggage assistance, before being transported quickly to the international arrivals terminal, Hangar 12. The post-arrival experience is further improved by a dedicated pick-up area at the new facility, removing waiting time.

Signature CEO Tony Lefebvre comments: “With updated transportation features and a more efficient process for our guests, Signature will continue to elevate the safe, seamless and exceptional experiences guests have come to expect from Teterboro Airport and our other 200+ locations across the globe.”

In addition to these operational improvements, Signature recently announced an expanded supply of blended sustainable aviation fuel at its Teterboro locations, supporting guests in meeting their sustainability goals.
