Hall joins Thoroughbred to support global sales growth
Matt Hall brought market insight and a client-first approach to support Thoroughbred’s commitment to high-integrity business aviation transactions and long-term growth.
The appointment comes as Thoroughbred seeks to scale its business with a focus on transparency and lasting partnerships.

Thoroughbred Aviation has added Matt Hall to its sales team as part of its growth strategy. The Kentucky-based aircraft sales, acquisitions and consulting firm says Hall’s strategic mindset and focus on client needs will enhance its ability to deliver aircraft with strong service and integrity.

Founder and CEO Nathan Winkle says: “Matt brings the exact kind of energy and insight we need as we continue scaling our business. His commitment to operational excellence and client success mirrors our values perfectly. We're excited to see how his presence helps elevate our client experience.”

Hall will work alongside Thoroughbred’s sales and leadership teams to support transactions and provide tailored solutions. Company president and partner Spencer Mitchell adds: “Matt's ability to connect market intelligence with a deep understanding of clients' operational needs gives us a powerful edge. He understands the nuances of client needs and how to deliver personalised service that leads to meaningful, lasting relationships.”

Hall says he is looking forward to supporting the company’s continued growth. “I'm honoured to join a team with such a strong foundation of trust, values and real-world aviation experience. Thoroughbred's commitment to doing the next right thing, every time, is exactly the culture I wanted to be part of.”
