Maruna joins Duncan to strengthen global acquisitions team
Maria Maruna's sales and completions background, language skills and international experience have made her well-placed to serve cross-border clientele.
Maruna began her career as a VVIP flight attendant in Austria and Russia. Her experience includes completions roles on ACJs and BBJs for high-net-worth international clients.

Duncan Aviation has brought Maria Maruna onto its aircraft sales and acquisitions team. Maruna brings over 14 years of international aviation experience, including time in MRO sales, completions and business development.

Her career has included roles at Jet Aviation in Switzerland and Citadel Completions in Louisiana. She also worked through her own consultancy supporting clients across Russia, CIS, Israel and Europe.

Executive vice president of sales Ryan Huss says: “Maria brings extensive aviation experience and a deep understanding of multiple markets and her experiences and skillset will be of tremendous value to our team and our clients.”

Maruna began her career as a VVIP flight attendant in Austria and Russia. She is fluent in Russian and German and holds a degree in Nutritional Sciences and a certificate in interpretation.

Now based in Miami, she will represent Duncan Aviation globally and continue working with clients in a culturally attuned and personalised way.
