Country music star to deliver NBAA-BACE keynote
Dierks Bentley's experience piloting both piston and turbine aircraft helped shape a touring life beyond the confines of the road.

Multiplatinum artist and experienced pilot Dierks Bentley will deliver the keynote on the first day of the 2025 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), taking place from 14-16 October in Las Vegas.

Bentley's musical success has long been intertwined with his use of business aviation. From his early touring years, aircraft allowed him to avoid the time demands of road travel and stay close to his Nashville-based family.

“I'm looking forward to sharing my love of aviation and talking about how flying and aviation have impacted my life and career,” says Bentley.

NBAA president and CEO Ed Bolen adds: “Just as his music has thrilled audiences around the globe, Dierks's enthusiasm for business aviation allows him to connect with NBAA members in a unique and personal way. He's just the right fit for an industry that is fundamentally about the unique and powerful connection made when people come together.”

Bentley began flying in his 20s in a single-engine piston aircraft before progressing to instrument and multiengine ratings. He currently flies a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan and a Cessna Citation CJ4 business jet, which he uses to support live performances and business ventures across the United States.

This year’s NBAA-BACE will again take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Henderson Executive Airport.
