Rosen teams with operator on fully integrated Celestia CMS
The adaptable, app-integrated cabin management system has been shaped by long-term collaboration and is designed to ease maintenance.
Celestia supports iOS and Android PED app integration with fully customisable user interfaces and graphics.

Rosen Aviation has launched what it says is the world’s first operator-designed cabin management system, developed alongside a long-time operator of its Celestia platform. The Oregon-based company says this marks a “natural culmination” of over 40 years delivering tailored cabin electronics.

The Celestia system uses a distributed network and secondary ethernet backbone to improve reliability, performance and component health monitoring. It allows for fully custom interfaces and mobile device integration and can adapt to any aircraft type, from VIP to commercial.

Rosen says the system’s unique architecture enables easy component swaps between locations with minimal integration work. Predictive diagnostics have also been built in to support robustness and efficiency for users, operators and maintainers alike.

Rosen Aviation’s senior vice president of strategy Lee Clark says: “I think it's safe to say that this is Rosen's most impactful announcement in our organisation's long, storied history. Celestia represents the long sought after goal of providing a highly capable, innovative one-stop-shop for all cabin electronics needs, yet maintains a high level of agility and scalability to integrate with other technologies available in the interiors space. We have been vocal advocates for creating that model and to achieve it now and going forward with Celestia is a massive accomplishment by our entire team and our partners.”

A full system mock up will be shown at Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg from 8-10 April 2025.
