Jet Aviation links staffing platform with Avianis for streamlined hiring
Operators using the Avianis platform have been given integrated access to Jet Aviation’s digital staffing tools and candidate management features.
Users can now create job postings from within their Avianis profiles using Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace.

Jet Aviation has integrated its online staffing portal, Jet Aviation Staffing Staffing Marketplace, with the Avianis flight planning platform. The link allows Avianis users to create job postings directly from their profiles and automatically push updates between the two systems.

As flight details change, information is shared instantly with Staffing Marketplace, enabling operators to source candidates and manage personnel needs from a single interface. The portal brings together application tracking, contract handling and payroll within one digital environment.

“We are delighted to continue advancing Staffing Marketplace as we expand our capabilities and offerings to meet the needs of our customers,” says Elaine Lapotosky, Jet Aviation's vice president staffing. “The integration of Avianis marks a step forward in centralising staffing management by providing operators an efficient experience within one platform to access top-tier talent, advanced search tools and seamless flight planning. This allows for a transformative and streamlined staffing solution within the ever-evolving industry.”

Jet Aviation collaborated with technology provider Portside, which owns Avianis, to develop the integration. Staffing Marketplace launched to candidates in 2023 and to operators in 2024.
