True Blue Power launches compact TA245 USB chargers
The new models support 45-watt USB-C and 36-watt USB-A ports, allowing for reliable charging across all aircraft types.

True Blue Power has introduced its TA245 series USB chargers at the AEA International Convention in Phoenix, Arizona. The compact chargers feature a 12–32 VDC input and suit general, business and commercial aviation.

Configurations include single or dual USB-C (45W) and USB-A (36W) with adjustable halo lighting. The TA245 measures just 1.5 inches wide and 1.25 inches deep for installation in tight cabin, cockpit or galley spaces.

“With the introduction of 45-watt charging ports, we now offer USB chargers for any aircraft with a 14-volt or 28-volt electrical bus. The available range of power is unmatched and spans 15 to 100 watts per port,” says Van Winter, senior vice president of sales and marketing for True Blue Power. “Customers have been asking for more power on lower voltage aircraft for years and we're proud to offer this upgrade.”

The chargers offer Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, USB Power Delivery and Programmable Power Supply for fast, efficient charging. They are direct replacements for previous True Blue Power models and come with customisable options and a limited lifetime warranty.
