LA-headquartered charter and management organisation FlyHouse has appointed Lupe Nesbitt as chief financial officer, a dynamic leader whose expertise in financial strategy and growth-driven results could propel the company to new heights. With an impressive career spanning top-tier firms and high-growth companies, Nesbitt's appointment marks a strategic step forward in FlyHouse's mission to redefine the future of private aviation.
Lupe Nesbitt brings extensive experience and a proven track record of success in financial leadership. She began her career at KPMG, one of the world's premier accounting firms, where she earned her CPA and honed her financial acumen. Over the course of her career, Nesbitt has held senior executive roles in high-growth, innovative companies, where she played a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies, driving operational efficiency and delivering scalable solutions.
As FlyHouse's new CFO, Nesbitt will oversee all financial and accounting functions, including financial modelling, internal and external reporting, procurement management and contract negotiations. She will lead the company's financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth while reinforcing FlyHouse's commitment to transparency and customer-centric service.

FlyHouse has also appointed Toby Benenson as COO. His experience leading organisations through growth and transformation will be invaluable as FlyHouse continues to innovate and expand. With a focus on optimising efficiency and maintaining top-tier safety standards, Toby is the ideal leader to help steer FlyHouse through its next chapter of growth.
Before joining FlyHouse, Toby served as chief operating officer at Desert Jet and previously as director of mission control at JSX. His expertise spans charter services, aircraft management, FBO operations and maintenance repair stations. Toby's deep understanding of scalable processes and his ability to build high-performing, cross-functional teams make him a trusted leader in the aviation sector.
