Web Manuals introduces Academy+ to enhance customer training
The company's new Academy+ subscription service offers flexible learning options to boost user expertise and facilitate onboarding for new customers.
Martin Lidgard, CEO of Web Manuals.

Web Manuals has launched Academy+, a training subscription service designed to improve user proficiency through flexible, accessible learning. Integrated into its learning management system (LMS), Academy+ provides live instructor-led sessions alongside self-paced online courses, allowing users to enhance their knowledge at their own pace.

Certified instructors support customers looking to refine their skills or seek guidance, while on-demand programmes cover specific topics for a deeper understanding of the platform. Academy+ replaces individual session fees with a single subscription, enabling users to join any open course without extra cost. The model simplifies onboarding for new customers while ensuring existing users fully utilise Web Manuals’ capabilities.

Martin Lidgard, CEO of Web Manuals, says: “Academy+ marks a major step forward in how we support our customers' learning journeys. By combining interactive online courses with live training sessions, we are ensuring that every user has the tools they need to succeed with Web Manuals.”

The Web Manuals LMS platform hosts a growing library of interactive courses featuring videos, text-based content, practical exercises and knowledge checks.
