Jetex has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Italian infrastructure fund operator F2i SGR at the Italy-United Arab Emirates Business Forum in Rome. The agreement, witnessed by HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, aims to expand private aviation services across Italy.

The partnership will see Jetex assist GESAC SpA, which manages Naples and Salerno Airports, in improving private aviation services. The goal is to expand high-end tourism and strengthen economic ties in Campania.

Jetex is committed to elevating private aviation experiences worldwide and this partnership strengthens our presence in Italy,” says Adel Mardini, CEO of Jetex. “By working with F2i and GESAC, we will enhance infrastructure and services to cater to the increasing demand for premium travel.”

F2i, Italy’s leading infrastructure fund operator, oversees the country’s largest national airport network. Jetex, headquartered in Dubai, operates a global network of FBOs and trip support services, offering premium solutions for business and leisure travellers.
