Azzera launches ReFuelEU compliance module for operators
The Celeste platform’s latest update streamlines SAF inventory management, compliance tracking and automated reporting for business and commercial aviation.
Several major operators have already adopted Azzera’s ReFuelEU module.

Azzera has introduced a ReFuelEU compliance module within its Celeste platform, helping business and commercial aviation operators meet new European Union regulations with minimal administrative burden. The module enables real-time compliance tracking, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) inventory management, and automated report generation, ensuring operators can efficiently meet regulatory requirements.

The ReFuelEU mandate enforces non-tankering rules, requiring operators to uplift at least 90% of their fuel needs at EU airports to reduce emissions. Azzera’s founder and CEO Puja Mahajan says: “Compliance to ReFuelEU is complex and any exemption requests need to be properly justified. This is why our new module is so effective.”

Celeste integrates with various flight scheduling systems, allowing operators to manage emissions and SAF strategies without disrupting workflows. The ReFuelEU module is now live, with several undisclosed operators already using the system.
