Yingling Aviation has expanded its leadership team with the appointments of Vinnie Venditto as executive vice president and general manager, Jason Cohen as executive vice president of sales and Tommi Krell as vice president of marketing and communications. The additions reflect the company’s commitment to enhancing operations, customer engagement and industry presence.

Venditto, a seasoned aviation professional, joins with extensive experience in avionics, maintenance and operations. Starting his career as an avionics technician after serving in the US Air Force, he progressed through leadership roles at Global Wings, Gulfstream Aerospace and Midcoast/Jet Aviation St. Louis. “Vinnie’s calm, collected leadership style, paired with his vast industry expertise, is exactly what we need,” says COO Rodger Renaud. His focus will be on optimising processes, strengthening teams and improving service delivery.

Cohen brings over 30 years of aviation experience, having worked as a mechanic before advancing through key roles at Midcoast and West Star Aviation, where he helped launch the Bombardier programme. He also founded a technical consulting firm, further deepening his industry expertise. “His strategic vision, competitive drive and dedication to customer satisfaction will undoubtedly propel our sales efforts and strengthen our market presence,” says CEO Robert Rasberry.

Krell, who has held senior marketing roles at Jet Aviation, adds global industry insight to Yingling’s brand strategy. “After touring the facility, meeting the people and hearing the vision for the future, I knew this was one ride I didn't want to miss,” she says. Her appointment is expected to enhance Yingling’s visibility, industry engagement and customer outreach.
