NBAA workshop explores complexities of aircraft transactions
Industry experts gathered at the NBAA Aircraft Transactions Workshop to discuss finance, insurance and purchase agreements, helping attendees to navigate the complexities of business aircraft transactions.

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) hosted its Aircraft Transactions Workshop, bringing together industry professionals to simplify the challenges of business aircraft transactions. The event covered topics such as finance, insurance and purchase agreements, equipping attendees with insights to manage transactions effectively.

“NBAA's Aircraft Transactions Workshop was a success at every level,” says NBAA general counsel and corporate secretary Benjamin Schwalen. “Each attendee came away with the confidence to ensure the success of their unique and individualised transaction.”

Watson Bowen of Shackelford, McKinley & Norton, adds: “No other event offered the calibre of this workshop in charting today's highly specialised aircraft transaction landscape.”

Plans for the 2026 NBAA Aircraft Transactions Workshop are already in progress, with details on the date and location to be announced later this year.
