Latin American air mobility provider OHI Group has made a change in leadership at its Brazilian affiliate Omni Taxi Aereo. After a dynamic and successful 2024, Omni Helicopters International (OHI) is poised to embark on an exciting new chapter in 2025.

As part of this strategic evolution, the group has announced a key leadership transition: Roberto Coimbra will step down as CEO of Omni Taxi Aereo (OTA) to assume the role of board director at the OHI Group. In this capacity, Coimbra will leverage his entrepreneurial mindset and extensive aviation expertise to support the company's continued expansion. Additionally, he will lead Omni Unmanned, looking to develop it into a global leader in innovative UAV solutions.

Succeeding Coimbra as CEO of OTA is Paulo Couto, previously OHI Group's chief transformation officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in business transformation and strategic leadership in a broad range of industries. Over the coming weeks, Coimbra and Couto will work closely to ensure a smooth and structured transition, adhering to best practices in management of change and strict compliance with local regulations.
