Southeast gains UK certification for maintenance
The certification allows the Florida-based company to issue UK-specific 8130 certificates and fully comply with UK regulatory requirements.

Southeast Aerospace, an avionics and instrument repair station, has obtained UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Part 145 approval (UK.145.50427). This certification enables the company to provide certified maintenance support for aircraft and components registered in the UK and Northern Ireland, reinforcing its commitment to global service quality and regulatory compliance.

The approval allows Southeast Aerospace to issue UK-specific 8130 certificates, ensuring seamless support for UK-registered aircraft. “Obtaining UK CAA Part 145 approval demonstrates our dedication to upholding the highest standards of compliance and service excellence, allowing us to provide uninterrupted support to our valued customers in the UK and Ireland,” says Greg Rodriguez, vice president of technical services.

The certification ensures compliance with 14 CFR Part 145 and the Maintenance Annex Guidance (MAG) agreement between the UK and the US, further strengthening Southeast Aerospace’s position as a trusted provider in the global aviation industry.
