Jekta strengthens PHA-ZE 100 with software and insurance
Aerovy’s predictive maintenance software and ATA’s tailored insurance products have been integrated into Jekta’s ecosystem, offering operators enhanced asset protection and operational efficiency.
Smart monitoring and tailored coverage should optimise PHA-ZE 100 operations.

Switzerland-based Jekta is expanding the operational support for its zero-emissions amphibious aircraft, the PHA-ZE 100, through new partnerships with US software provider Aerovy and UK insurance specialist Advanced Technology Assurance (ATA).

Aerovy’s Spectra platform will provide aircraft health monitoring and predictive maintenance to Jekta, enabling operators to optimise fleet performance while supporting insurers and financiers with valuable operational data. “With amphibian aircraft that operate on water, paved and unpaved runways, the ability to monitor aircraft performance and facilitate predictive maintenance will enable operators to reduce downtime and optimise operations,” says Aerovy CEO Nick Gunady.

Jekta has also secured a preferred provider relationship with ATA, which will offer customised insurance policies covering hull protection and other risks specific to amphibious aircraft. ATA will provide regular updates on industry trends and technology developments to ensure coverage remains aligned with operational needs. ATA CEO Alistair Blundy says: “The tailored insurance policies being defined for Jekta customers will give operators confidence in the product and support access to what is traditionally a challenging element for aircraft operators and owners of amphibian aviation.”

Jekta's agreements with Aerovy and ATA are now in effect. Giorgy Alafinov, Jekta's CEO, says: “We already have various key partners, including a global leasing entity to support asset acquisition, a hydrogen partner for propulsion and now partners that can support maintenance management and insurance provision.”
