Duncan appoints Werth to lead customer service in Provo
Kelly Werth has transitioned from paint team leadership to focus on enhancing customer service and project coordination.
Throughout his nearly 19 years at Duncan Aviation, Werth has developed strong relationships with his fellow team members and leaders.

Duncan Aviation has named Kelly Werth as head of customer service at its full-service facility in Provo, Utah. Werth joined the company’s Lincoln, Nebraska paint team in 2005 and steadily advanced through roles including master paint specialist and manager of the Provo paint department.

Werth’s path to leadership has involved building and leading teams, maintaining project efficiency and fostering strong relationships with colleagues and customers. In 2018, he relocated his family to Provo to oversee operations in the newly opened paint hangar, transforming a group of experienced technicians into a cohesive team capable of meeting tight deadlines.

“I am thrilled that Kelly has the opportunity to channel his passion into delivering exceptional customer service,” says Duncan Aviation's vice president of customer service, Chad Doehring. “By working more closely with the project managers in Provo and our customers, he will be key to driving our commitment to excellence.”

“During many of the years I've worked here, we've put in 10-12 hours a day of decently physical work, and that gives you a lot of time to build camaraderie with your team, really assess the work you're doing and develop a sense of pride in what the company has achieved over the years,” says Werth. “I'm looking forward to the opportunity to build accountable teams who are driven to meet and exceed the needs of our customers and uphold the company's stellar reputation in the industry.”
