Jet.AI launches 'Ava' AI model for bookings
The company's AI-driven booking system provides real-time aircraft availability information, transparent pricing and eco-friendly features.

US private aviation and artificial intelligence company Jet.AI has launched 'Ava,' an advanced AI model designed to streamline the private jet booking process. By calling or texting, customers can access real-time aircraft availability information, transparent pricing and personalised guidance to select the ideal jet for their journey. Ava also offers a full conversational experience via SMS, providing users with a direct link to the CharterGPT app for a simplified trip management experience.

The launch of Ava comes alongside other substantial updates to the CharterGPT private jet booking app, which now features enhanced push notifications, carbon tracking and offsetting capabilities, and deep linking for trip sheets. These tools allow travellers to stay informed about reservation changes, make eco-conscious choices and manage their trips seamlessly.

"The launch of our agentic AI model marks a new era in private jet booking, providing customers with a helpful solution while minimising costs from our end," says Mike Winston, founder and executive chair of Jet.AI. "Because of the high dollar price and unique aspects of private travel, we are committed to having a human in the loop. But the later in the booking process that happens, the better our productivity."
