PJS woos charter passengers with bespoke app
Users of the app can manage all aspects of their travel in a single location, saving time and reducing the complexities of private jet travel.

Private Jet Services (PJS), the US charter brokerage division of Elevate Aviation Group (EAG), has unveiled the PJS App, a tool transforming how mission-critical flyers manage their private aviation needs.

Designed to streamline travel management, the app offers an integrated platform that enhances efficiency and convenience for flyers and their travel managers alike. The PJS App allows users to request flights, receive customised proposals with tailored aircraft options, and maintain continuous communication with their dedicated concierge throughout their journey. Advanced features will allow users to adjust itineraries, manage ground transportation and catering, upload essential documents, and receive real-time updates via push notifications.

Consolidating extensive expertise in supporting a range of clients (including professional sports teams, corporate executives, and live entertainment touring managers), the PJS App provides a comprehensive solution to modernising the private aviation sector.

“Our clients now have their entire travel experience right at their fingertips," says Greg Raiff, CEO of EAG. "This app is yet another step in our ongoing commitment to enhancing our clients' world-class travel experience. This powerful mobile toolkit allows both flyers and travel managers to easily access, modify and confirm flights in a mobile app while still accessing the hands-on, service-centric team of PJS experts."

In addition to simplifying the booking process, the app maintains the personalised, concierge-style service that PJS clients have come to expect. “The PJS App is designed to take the hassle out of booking private travel,” says Michael Horrisberger, Chief Information Officer at EAG. “It not only simplifies logistics but also enhances the overall experience through convenience."

Clients can customise their travel plans, selecting specifics such as departure times, aircraft types, and preferred airports. Upon submitting trip requests, clients receive specialised proposals showcasing detailed aircraft information curated by their dedicated PJS team member.

The PJS App is now available on both Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store. The app's launch marks a significant step toward a future where private aviation is more accessible and user-friendly, an exciting development for travelers around the globe.
