Duncan Aviation parts website is taking off
In March 2024, Duncan Aviation introduced a new website dedicated to aircraft parts and in-house repair capabilities: DuncanAviationParts.com. From a steady start, the site is noting an uptick of 14 per cent.
Customers can view high-resolution photos of popular parts, check stock availability, explore in-house repair services and request instant quotes.

More customers are embracing the ease and efficiency of DuncanAviationParts.com with the process from search to order becoming smoother. Six months after its launch, the platform has seen a 14 per cent increase in online orders and quote requests as customers discover the access to real-time inventory and pricing.

“More and more customers are discovering the convenience of ordering online through DuncanAviationParts.com,” says Hannah Bodenstab, Duncan Aviation parts and rotables sales supervisor. The latest enhancement to the site allows customers with established credit to order parts using net terms.

Looking ahead, Duncan Aviation plans to introduce additional features, including parts exchange transactions; international sales; and parts purchased through other inventory programme partners.

In March 2024, Duncan Aviation introduced a new website dedicated to aircraft parts and in-house repair capabilities: DuncanAviationParts.com. The site allows users to easily search more than 723,000 line items of inventory, valued at more than $170 million. Customers can view high-resolution photos of popular parts, check stock availability, explore in-house repair services and request instant quotes.

myDuncan account holders enjoy immediate access to prices, quantities and essential documents, including traceability papers and 8130 dual-release tags. Domestic customers can also make outright parts purchases with a credit card.
