Sullivan joins SkyTrac as vp of operations
As a former customer of SkyTrac, Shane Sullivan is able to enhance customer service, understanding as he does the impact of its products on customers operating in diverse and dynamic environments.

SkyTrac Systems has appointed Shane Sullivan to its executive management team as the vice president of operations. His primary focus will be to ensure that SkyTrac consistently delivers world-class customer service and cutting-edge aircraft communications products that empower customers to complete their missions successfully. Brought on board to drive growth, Sullivan will help scale operations and enhance capabilities in delivering these critical products and services.

Sullivan brings over 25 years of distinguished aviation experience to SkyTrac. As a retired US Navy Commander, he concluded his military career as an F-18F Super Hornet Squadron Commander with over 300 carrier landings and more than 4,000 flight hours. Following his military service, he led flight operations at ICON Aircraft and held key operational roles in the aerial firefighting industry as vice president of operations at Conair Group and general manager at Aero-Flite.

He holds a BSc in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington, an EMBA from Washington State University and a Masters in aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
