Harrods Aviation has achieved Stage III accreditation with IS-BAH, the highest level of approval within the programme. IS-BAH is globally recognised as the benchmark for best practices in the industry. Becoming the first UK FBO to attain this prestigious accreditation is a testament to Harrods Aviation's unwavering commitment to safety, efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Dan Holian, director of operations, says: “We started our IS-BAH journey in 2016 and have found the implementation process to be profoundly beneficial in enhancing our safety management system. The framework provided by IS-BAH allowed us to build our safety landscape in a smart, manageable and measurable way. We highly recommend its adoption to other FBOs looking to elevate their SMS compliance, especially with new ground handling regulations on the horizon.”

IS-BAH programme director at IBAC, Terry Yeomans, adds: “Congratulations to the whole team at Harrods Aviation Luton and Stansted on showing their continual commitment to the voluntary implementation of the IS-BAH. As one of the early participants in the programme, Harrods has has progressively built on its achievements at Stage I to Stage II and has been able to evidence a positive safety culture in meeting Stage III registration criteria.”

This achievement underscores Harrods Aviation's dedication to maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of its operations, ensuring that its clients receive the safest and most efficient service possible. It is excited to continue leading the way in the industry and looks forward to the opportunities that this accreditation brings.
