New York-headquartered Zenflight has earned its IS-BAO certification to accompany the Wyvern Wingman and ARGUS Platinum accreditations it already holds. “We’re proud to say we've never spent money on traditional marketing; we've grown solely on word of mouth and our strong reputation,” says partner Bryan Smith. “Our owners are phenomenal, and we’re incredibly proud to serve them each day. They make our business possible. Our fleet is ideal for certain missions, but not for all. However, we maintain our aircraft in immaculate condition.”
The company operates five Falcon 2000EX or LX jets, all equipped with EASy cockpits. One Falcon is at Opa Locka, two are at Farmingdale, one at Boca Raton, and another at Van Nuys. Zenflight is about to take delivery of a new G650, which will be based at Palm Beach. Additionally, it has a G550 based between Colorado's Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (BJC) and Farmingdale (home base), another G550 at Palm Beach International (PBI), one at Farmingdale (FRG), one in Oakland, and a G450 also based at PBI.
“We also have a G-IVSP based in Nashville, a Phenom 300 based between Palm Beach International (PBI) and Islip (ISP), a Gulfstream G200 based at Palm Beach and a new Sikorsky S-76D helicopter stationed in Farmingdale,” Smith adds. “On the charter side, our Falcon 2000s remain in high demand. We handled many international trips this summer on the G550s, but the Falcons are what we’re best known for. Their interiors are immaculate and identical, and they fly exceptionally well, presenting like new aircraft. We expect two or three more aircraft to join our fleet this year, likely from the Gulfstream family.”
Zenflight was particularly active leading up to the Olympics, transporting sponsors and some of the competing athletes beforehand, which was an especially exciting experience, according to Smith. “Over the past year, we’ve had plenty of exciting work that has kept us busy,” he concludes.
